This English text is a translation provided for convenience. The Chinese version is the original; if the two differ, the Chinese version prevails.
1. Information we collect
Account details: your email address and your password, which is stored in an irreversible hashed form so that we cannot see your original password. If you sign in with Google, we also receive that account's email address, display name and profile picture URL.
Images you upload: tile and room photos, together with the tile parameters you enter (wall or floor use, size and surface finish). If you upload a profile photo in your account settings, we store a cropped, downsized copy that is shown only to you while signed in and is not shared with AI model providers; it is deleted when you remove it or delete your account.
Usage records: the parameters, results, duration and credit changes of each render and AI tile analysis. Your credit history is recorded entry by entry and can be viewed in your account.
Submitting device: for each render and AI tile analysis, we record the type of device it was submitted from (computer, phone or tablet), the operating system and browser name (parsed from the information reported by the browser; the raw string is not kept), a random identifier for that sign-in session, and the country and province or state inferred from the network address. The network address itself is not stored. This information is stored and deleted together with the associated record, and for renders it is shown on the History page. When an account is used on several devices, it identifies which device submitted each job.
Payment records: the pack purchased, the amount, the currency and the transaction ID returned by the payment platform. We neither access nor store your card number; card details are handled entirely by the payment platform.
What we do not do: this site uses no third-party advertising or analytics tracking scripts. To prevent abuse, we convert request source addresses or account identifiers into keyed digests and store only the digest, the rate-limit counter and its expiry time; the original source address is not stored. Expired counters cease to apply and are removed in batches by scheduled tasks.
2. Information removed from uploaded images
Photos taken on phones usually contain the location, time and device model. We remove this information before the image is stored, including JPEG EXIF data (including GPS), XMP and vendor-specific segments, and PNG text chunks.
The colour profile (ICC) is retained, because removing it would alter how the tile's colour appears, and accurate colour is central to this service.
3. Who receives your images
Generating a render requires providing your tile and room images to a third-party AI model provider. To do so, we create a temporary address valid for one hour, from which the provider retrieves the image within that period. We do not publish your images and do not use them to train our own models.
Whether a third-party provider uses submitted content to train its own models depends on its own policies and is beyond our control. If an image contains information you do not wish to share, please do not upload it.
The categories of service provider we currently use are:
AI models (rendering and AI tile analysis), object storage (storing images), database hosting, website hosting, email delivery (verification and password reset emails) and payment processing. We provide each of them only with the data necessary to complete the relevant operation.
4. Retention
Temporary uploads that are not used in a tile or render are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours. Images in use are retained with the corresponding tile or history record; temporary images that have been deleted must be uploaded again before use.
Your library holds up to 100 tiles and your render history up to 500 records. Once the history limit is reached, starting a new render automatically deletes the oldest record; we notify you the first time this happens.
When you delete a tile from your library and no render record refers to it, we permanently delete it from storage, including the original image. If render records still refer to it, the image is retained until those records are deleted, so that your past renders remain viewable.
Account details, credit history and payment records are retained for as long as your account exists.
5. Cookies
This site sets only two types of cookies. Neither is used for advertising, and no cross-site tracking takes place.
Sign-in: keeps you signed in. It is deleted when you sign out and expires after 30 days without a visit. The sign-in process also uses a few temporary security cookies, which expire when you close the browser or after 15 minutes.
Interface language: records only your chosen interface language (Chinese or English) so that the site opens in that language next time. It contains no account information, lasts one year, and is not removed when you sign out.
In addition, the AI Studio page saves your most recent selections in your browser, separately for each account (tile, room type, style, composition, quality, number of images, laying surface and direction, and the identifier of your reference room photo), so that you do not need to select them again next time. While a render is in progress, it also records the identifiers of those renders so that you can be notified when they finish on any page of this site. These records stay on your device and remain after you close the page or sign out; you can delete them by clearing this site's data in your browser. We do not collect them. The only exception: to restore your reference room photo, the page uses the identifier recorded there to fetch a preview of that photo from us. How long the photo itself is kept is described in section 4.
6. Your rights
Access and correction: your account page shows your email address, sign-in methods and full credit history; a tile's detail page lets you edit its parameters and AI analysis labels.
Deletion: you can delete tiles and render records yourself. Account deletion is available at the bottom of the account page; once confirmed, it takes effect immediately and cannot be undone. Account records are deleted immediately and images are placed in a persistent deletion queue. Storage failures are retried automatically, and a further check is made after at least 24 hours for images that were still uploading when the account was deleted.
On deletion, unspent credits are forfeited and cannot be cashed out or refunded. If you still have a balance and intend to continue using the service, please do not delete your account.
Please note: deleting the account does not delete payment and credit records. These are financial records that we are required by law to retain, and they are the only basis for resolving refund disputes. We remove their link to your personal identity, but the records themselves are retained. Support tickets you have submitted are handled in the same way: their content is retained as a support record, but the associated email address and account link are removed.
We also retain a one-way hash of your email address, used solely to record that this address has already received sign-up credits. It cannot be converted back into your email address and is not linked to any other data; its only purpose is to prevent sign-up credits from being granted again if the same address is deleted and re-registered.
