1. The service
Based on the tile images you upload and the decoration style and room type you select, we generate interior renders and provide AI tile analysis and style-matching scores.
Renders are for design reference only and are not a basis for construction. Colour, texture scale and room geometry may differ from the actual product. Before quoting, ordering, construction or any contractual use, please rely on a physical sample. We accept no liability for purchasing or construction losses arising from direct reliance on a render.
2. Accounts
Each person may hold one account. Please keep your password secure. Actions taken through your account are deemed to be your own. If your account is compromised, please contact us immediately.
This service is intended for adults. If you are under 18, please use it with the consent and guidance of a guardian.
3. Content you upload
You must hold the necessary rights to every image you upload. Do not upload images whose copyright belongs to others without their authorisation, photos containing other people's likenesses or details of private homes, or any unlawful, infringing or harmful content.
You retain ownership of the images you upload. You grant us a limited licence solely as necessary to perform the operations you request: storing and processing the images, transmitting them to model providers and returning the results to you. This licence extends no further and does not include public display or use in training our models.

4. Ownership of results
The renders you generate belong to you and may be used for commercial purposes, including design proposals, showroom promotion and client presentations.
Please note two points. First, the law governing copyright in AI-generated content continues to evolve across countries and regions, and we cannot guarantee that you will be able to assert full copyright in every jurisdiction. Second, different users entering similar parameters may obtain similar results; we do not guarantee that your renders are unique.
5. Credits and pricing
Renders and AI tile analysis are charged in credits, and the price is shown before you start. How credits are charged, when they are returned and whether a credit purchase can be refunded are governed by the Refund Policy.
We may change our prices; new prices apply only to operations started after the change. Credits you already hold are not increased or reduced by a price change.
6. Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to access other users' accounts; circumvent rate limits, quotas or billing; call the interfaces in bulk by automated means; interfere with, attack or load-test the service or our providers; or use the service to generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content.
If you breach these terms, we may suspend or terminate your account. Unspent credits on an account terminated for this reason will not be refunded.
7. Availability
We will make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Model provider outages, network failures and necessary maintenance may cause temporary unavailability. Where no image could be generated for such reasons, the credits will be returned; see the Refund Policy for details.
We may add or remove features or change model providers. We will give advance notice of changes that affect billing or how data is processed.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you actually paid for this service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
This clause does not exclude any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes and contact
We may revise these terms; revised terms take effect on the date they are published on this page. We will give separate notice of material changes. By continuing to use the service after a change, you accept the revised terms.
